Hospital Dental Vouchers

For eligible patients, we provide services under the Oral Health Fee For Service Scheme (OHFFSS). This scheme engages private practitioners to provide care to public oral health service patients. Patients seeking access to public dental services are assessed at their local public dental hospital. Patients may then be issued with a voucher to have their dental treatment completed by a private practitioner.
The maximum amounts payable for authorized vouchers are:

• Urgent Care Voucher: $470 or as printed on the voucher
• General Care Voucher: $1040 or as printed on the voucher
